At Case Study, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home curation. If your piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse safely.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
